Experiences:

Experiences

One of the most memorable experiences I had this semester was singing Christmas carols at the Veteran's elderly home. We started singing to a man who lit up when we walked in the room. We began singing and he began to laugh and smile. As I scanned the room, I saw pictures of him as a soldier and a picture of his dear wife. I couldn't stop the tears from slowly coming. From this experience and many others, they help me more than I could ever help them.
